Welcome to PawCalm! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below. These terms are designed to ensure both parties are fully informed, protecting our mutual interests and setting clear expectations for our service.

Delivery Terms

2.1 Shipping, Processing & Delivery Time

At PawCalm, we currently ship exclusively within the UK. We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

UK Standard Shipping
Orders are processed within 24 hours, with Next Day shipping via Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 2-4 working days.

2.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. In the event of a holiday, we strive to keep shipment delays to a minimum.

2.3 Change Of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, you can do so anytime before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us promptly to update your details.

2.4 P.O. Box Shipping

We can ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are not available for these locations.

2.5 Items Out Of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item(s) and dispatch the rest of your order as scheduled.

2.6 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate the delay.

Tracking Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact our customer service team immediately. If the parcel is delivered while you are absent, please contact us for further instructions.

Sales tax is already included in the price of the goods as displayed on our website.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance

7.1 Process for Parcels Damaged In-Transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation.

7.2 Process for Parcels Lost In-Transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has conducted an investigation and confirmed the parcel as lost.
