PawCalm Refund Policy

At PawCalm, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please get in touch with us.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to provide a justification. As with our general return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

PawCalm Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
